Shoulder pork roast, with garlic, honey, sage, and lime juice. Currently cooking, to be served with beets, probably parsnips and carrots, and potatoes (and probably onions in there somewhere, too). Should be yummy! And, feed me for many days, including providing bits of pork to use in split pea soups, etc.
