I have no Internet access from home. I'm posting from school. Something got munged on my Windows partition and I get this lovely DLL error now. The built-in software modem, of course, doesn't work under linux. I need an external modem. Damn. It. Curses!
I would, in the long run, be thrilled to return to a linux environment, now that I allegedly have a printer for which there are linux drivers (which is a new occurrance). Once I wasn't working for dotcoms anymore, a few years back, being in Windows (well, I don't want to say "made more sense") was just easier...*sigh*...I just need connectivity.

You might be surprised about the modem...I'll bet there's a driver out there for it...
