Is that a piece of my lung?!

I started coming down with this AWFUL cough on Wednesday evening, and coughed all night, then it got worse on Thursday, and I've had this terrible insomnia for the past several days, so that and the exhaustion of trying to expel innards sent me reeling home last night. I barely got my coat off before I hit the mattress.

The cat woke me up later to feed her - her priorities, you know, remain unchanged by any mere plague I might be suffering.
