Pretty Good Start to Day T-14
Jul. 11th, 2007 03:09 pmGot up at 9, had started reading some intentional-torts stuff the night before, finished that, read some negligence stuff and strict liability, and did 50 Q's in the PMBR book. Did pretty well. I even kinda ate breakfast before, you know, noon. Drank some teachino [sp?], which isn't supposed to have any caffeine in it, but I wonder.
Got a little exercise (my side's bugging me today, which should be translated as "the various bits that compensate for the bits in my back that don't work need to be stronger and I'm working on that"), and now I'm wondering, do I do more questions, or do I switch over and do essays, like they say I'm supposed to? It seems like a waste to work on the essay questions when I know I need to review material more -- I either won't spot the issues, or I will. When it comes to essay-writing, *I* need to focus on organization (outlining completely before beginning writing) and being complete (talking down to my audience). That's a laziness issue, not something that'll be resolved by practicing issue-spotting, which is the suggested essay-practice.
I could move on to the next thing I want to review, which is either defamation & privacy (more Torts, but I may have gotten it now), or contract formation, 3d party beneficiaries, and assignment (Contracts).
