"Prince Henry. Vacuous as his head seems good only for keeping his helm in place. I'm afraid he's gotten quite a few people killed over the years. Still hasn't managed to do himself in, alas. I can't imagine what he's waiting for. A special occasion, perhaps. When he can knock off a whole city or something."
