Free qigong type class on Saturdays?

So, apparently there's a Falun Dafa group that meets on Saturdays in a nearby park. I may be programming on some volunteer projects this Saturday, but I think I'll call the group contact and ask to join in the following week if someone will be there to teach me the forms.

This could be a good thing, without the expense taking some yoga classes would require.
