quickie update
Jun. 28th, 2008 04:36 pm1. I won a pro bono advocate award for my work representing residents of Brockton and West Bridgewater in their opposition to a natural gas/oil power plant.
2. Fellowship is ending here at New England School of Law but I'll still be operating out of my "old" office for another couple of weeks. My hearings on the power plant are still ongoing, and I asked to keep the space at least until they're over (currently mid-July). It's not like I'll get in the way of the incoming Fellow, since she doesn't start until September.
3. Met a guy about a job on Wednesday, will probably meet his boss in person in another week or so. More on that later. Don't want to jinx it.
4. Didn't get offered the Aug 2009-Sept 2011 judicial clerkship in Oregon, so I guess I'll be staying here.
