Fortuitous noshing

Via a happy coincidence, two of my friends (one with spouse in tow) had to "defend" their budget proposals today, as did I for the Environmental Law Society, so we had lunch.

And dessert. Which was chocolate-y yet not overwhelming. A chocolate cake, with banana creme as a filling and chocolate mousse as the top layer. Serve w/good vanilla ice cream. Delicious. Worth having dairy and clearing my throat incessantly for however long as a result.
