Less than 20 days!
Dec. 3rd, 2005 12:33 amUntil Novel Time(tm). Woohoo!
Oral Argument (whether there is a press right of access under the First Amendment to removal hearings, and, if so, whether the Creppy Directive's 'special interest' designation by the U.S. Atty's office [which automatically closes those hearings] is narrowly tailored enough to meet the compelling national security interest. I argued the Government's case, which is "yes", only longer winded than that. Both sides have a good argument. This is a real question of law right now: whether the 3rd Circuit's, or 6th Circuit's, interpretation of and application of the Richmond Newspapers "history and logic" test is correct.): DONE.
Environmental Law paper: due Monday
Evidence final (the only full-length final I have): Friday 09 Dec 2pm
Environmental Law final quiz: Monday 12 Dec 2pm
International Environmental Law mini-paper and essay question: due Monday 12 Dec
Indigenous Peoples Rights paper: due Thursday 15 Dec
(Patent Law take home exam: handed out Friday 16 Dec)
Booksigning at Booklover's Gourmet, Webster, MA: Saturday 17 Dec
Patent Law take home exam: due Tuesday 20 Dec (I'll probably turn it in Monday)
Philadelphia!
And ALL of it will be FINE now that I've done my oral argument! Which is 15% of a not-terribly-useful yet mandatory class. A pissant percent of a pissant class causing me an inordinate amount of stress! GAH!
