not too bad

I had two whole conversations with fellow human beings this week, and I don't feel...like curling up into a little ball and withdrawing from the world. Which is good, because I'm here at school today until late, and have to smile at people (or at least not frown at them). I feel kind of...good, I guess.

I did, however, *really* *really* want to get drunk last night, not for fun, just to turn off inside for a while. Thankfully, poverty, and lack of time intervened. I read extra cases for my environmental law instead.
